Entry level iPaq with wifi?

Recently I've been looking at all the awesome stuff you can do with a wifi enabled PDA, so I've almost decided to take the plunge and update my crappy PalmIIIxe (bought off a friend for $50 like 9 months ago), to a newish iPaq. Now I'm not absolutely sure how much I'll end up using this new toy, so I really wanna find the cheapest iPaq with built in wifi that I can, whether it be new or second hand.

Can anyone recommend a particular model, or a place where I would be able to find the most suitable iPaq for my needs?
