Via/Win2K/InPut Issue

I made the jump today from Intel BE6II/Cel800@1.1 to a KR7-RAID/XP1800+, havent had a chance to overclock it yet as I can't login to my computer.
WHY?
Cause the Keyboard and mouse aint working after graphic mode start of Win2K and Login Prompt.(PS2)
I have tried
Loading 4in1 driver pack(on old pc)
Drivers manully(on old pc, but wont install as I dont have the hardware)
Repair
Upgrade
Safe Mode
VNC from remote machine(Says Connection Closed)

Apart from no input, the computer works fine, and I can access the computer via the LAN/HTTP/FTP/Whatever

one error in the system log is
"Unable to get device object pointer for port object."

Any help really appreciated, but dont suggest reinstall, its not gonna happen
I just need to get the right driver installed, dont know which one though

Did you do a fresh install of Windows after you replaced the motherboard?

Do USB KB or USB Mouse work? You could use that as a workaround till you figure out which driver you need.

I did notice that you moved from a BX chipset to KT266A chipset. From experience, I've seen Windows reinstall all the drivers it need to get itself going, however, in the end, the system had to be reloaded because of too many weird phenomena. Does your system tell you why you can't load the VIA 4in1 drivers? Do you have a spare hard drive to do a test install to make sure it's not your board?
