Default Dell PC Parts?

I have a dell PC GX280

Wondering if theres any parts as small as it to fit inside?
Just looking to upgrade video and sound without going through dell as they charge a lot.

Thanks

If you have a GX280 desktop, you should just be able to insert pci-x cards in there... including video...

wtf made you buy a dell anyways, please dont tell its a gaming system
