HELP: anybody who bought Radeon from Cele98

Ok I need someone who bought a Radeon 8500 OEM 250/250 4ns form Cele98 (batch he is selling now not before).

If you have & are runing winblows XP only with above card.

Well I don't think I have because I have this problem on both AMD & INTEL boxes.
