Default SB81P/P4-630 or SN25P/3200+ ?

I'm getting myself another Shuttle soon and have selected the options in thread title.
I do a bit of everything, video editing, watch TV, game, music, usual internet stuff. I know the merits of each architecture, i just can't decide which one.

Both would have an X800XL as the gfx card, and 1GB of average DDR 400, so wild overclocking is not my ultimate aim, but i will go something above stock speeds. Not worried about Prescott heat as i think the ICE cooling will suffice.

What ya reckon?
