Default Upgrade Intel M 1.4 to dothan 2mb L2 cpu in laptop

Is it possible to upgrade the cpu to a dothan chip in my fujitsu e4010 notebook? who would i see to do this? It's a centrino.

check whether or not your laptop model is capable of being upgraded to a dothan

i know mine is (Asus M6N)

its using an i855GM chipset.
email fujitsu and see if there bios works with a dothan (you/the tech, may need to flash it)
also in the email as them if they have any certified techs in your area.

Im pretty sure if it has the 855 Chipset it should be fine

no updated bios? thats a bit of a downer.
dell.com.au have a 1.6ghz, 512mb, 8x dvd-rw, etc, etc, 12", Inspiron 700m going for $2000
