Default mATX/SFF gaming: P-M vs A64

Hi all,

In the pursuit of a high framerate LAN box I am selling my NCCH-DL and watercooling bits.

After reading many reviews of the Pentium-M on desktop boards such as AOpen's i855GMEm-LFS and i915GMm-HFS plus DFI's 855GME-MGF with Penitum-M CPUs at over 2.5GHz I am seriously considering them as a SFF gaming platform.
Coupled with my AGP 6800U, 1-2GB DDR and HDDs in RAID0, the i855-based boards would be very suitable.

If I were to go to PCI-E (Not very likely considering I got a great deal on this 6800U) there's the Shuttle SN25P or AOpen's P-M board (Which retails for $320US at newegg )...

I'd like your thoughts and opinions. Please remember that I am an overclocker and I intend to squeeze the most performance out of this system while I relegate my LV Xeons to game/fileserving.

I am not considering P4s at the moment since i945/i955 is just around the corner.

TIA.
