Default Help!!!

Ey guys, duno what going wrong here but here goes.....

Specs:
C2D E4300 with Zalman 9700NT
Asus P5b
2GB Corsair Value 667
250GB HDD Sata
DVDRW

Having problems overclocking to 3Ghz with this CPU. Although still a rookie at overclocking, my previous CPU was E6300 and manage to overclock it to 3ghz no problems and thought I give this cpu a try, max i could get was 2.9Ghz
after that it would BSOD

Basically I ve followed the C2D Overclocking guide in toms hardware and it was fine for E6300 but not this one... any help would be appreciated

I am sorry dude cos I don't have enough experience about Intel products.
If you have downloaded the programs you see that the most parts are for AMD CPUs cos I prefer them.
My current Intel database has only four samples thus I suggest you to create your own thread.
Alternate here at OCAU a similar thread where you have to read and post.

BTW you changed only the CPU?
I mean the other system is the same? (mainboard, RAM)
The overclocking settings are the same??
Have you tried to increase the Vcore?
