Default KingMAX pC150/Kt7a-raid probs

just picked up a 256mb stick of kingmax pc150 for $90 at the comp fair tday, and some other shit including a sblive which i also just put in

Anyways, i have been running my 850 stable and very cool (ambient at idle, about +15 when at full load) at 1gig (10x100) with all bios settings on high perf including cas2. Now, i put in my pc150 kingmax, rip out my crappy ncp and run it same settings but at 150 cas 2 4 way etc etc (6.5x150). And it gets to win2k loading screen and sits there with the blue blocks halfway and HD light on. I havto run at 137 cas 2 to get it to work, any ideas? i was expecting to get a little higher than 137 cas 2.
Also i bought a 1.2gig AXIA. but thatll go in later

did you just put the live in to?
If so it is probably a problem with that. there's plenty of info on it on the viahardware.com forums
