Default Dell laptop specials 12th -15th July

According to a glossy flyer in todays papers.

Seems some nice lappy specials in there.

The Dell 6000 for $1700 looks sweet.

Are these the ones where they send you the form for the $500 cashback and you have to fill it out, mail it back and wait 6-8 weeks?

I'm going to be watching the 9300 prices pretty carefully for the next month or so and if something good comes up I'm going to pounce... (by good I mean none of this 'free printer', 'free overpriced usb key' nonsense, and more 'increased ram', 'increased res' etc.)

P-M 2ghz, 1GB Ram, 256MB 6800, 1900 x 1220 display - was about $3000 during a Dell online sale about 3 or 4 months back and have been keeping keeping an eye out for the same deal to be repeated again.

My special offer was $1000 cash off and free upgrade to the 6800 - if they repeat that offer thats when you wanna pounce.
