Default Sandisk c/f wi-fi card problem ipaq 2210

Can any body help me I have bought one of these sandisk c/f wifi card and the compact flash part of it works but the wifi won't, it does not matter what I do it just does not work, I have used the driver that come with the card, I have tried using the driver that comes off the sandisk website, I have done a hard reset and wiped all info from the PDA ipaq 2210, upgraded the rom from ver 1.00 to 1.10, and still nothing.. The only thing I get is a message when I insert the card ( Unreconized card. Enter the name of the device driver for this card. For information, see the card manufacturer's documentation.) the default name is ( Network card in Socket 1 ). click OK or Cancel, it does not matter what I do nothing happens. I have tried this card on a laptop and both C/F and wifi work fine. Can anyone offer suggestions?????
