Default IS this laptop okay for gaming and will it be better then my computer?

Hey guy is this laptop good for gaming such as bf2, hl2, and is it better than my comp? well actually its my dads since he bought it but i bought a few things for it and apparently u can upgrade the video card but where do u buy mobile video cards?

this is the laptop
