Default case modding, what bog to use? paint type?

i would like to do a case mod but am unsure about what product to use when filling or bogging. any suggestions.
and what paint is best. is cheap spary paint good enough?

this question would be better posted in the modding section, or even the what where to buy. But any automotive bog will do. As for paint, there is a sticky here that helped me out alot, there is a guide on how to get a mirror finish using spray cans that takes a bit of effort but if you get it right can look pretty close to automotive paint.
