i have a tbird 1200 not overclocked 133x9 64meg geforce2 gts pro 1 256 & 2 128 pc150 ram on a Abit kt7a
i am getting lock ups all the time tried all the ram they seem fine unplugged both cd rom drives to see maybe power supplie prob but still locking up when i go to run 3dmark 200 its starts then locks striaght away i need help on this one the only thing i can put it down to is a crook cpu which is only a week old from gamedude could this be possible |

In bios setup, is K7_Clk_ctrl set to optimal, if not it should be, also try increasing your core voltage a bit to say 1.8v, this may help stability, even if not overclocked.

yeah SBLive could be causing problems if you have one.
try the via 4-in-1 drivers from www.viahardware.com also, a bios flash really helped me solve a few problems with my KT7A. also make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card. i doubt it is the cpu unless it is getting too hot (check the temp in the bios soon after it crashes.........it shouldn't be more than 45 -50 C) FragieSpice |

If all the above dont work it could be due to IRQ conflicts. Try setting IRQs manually through the BIOS. Just to make sure that it is in fact IRQ conflicts rip out all your cards except the graphics and see if it locks.
