Default Insyde Bios and Fan control.

I want to get my laptop fan to run 100% of the time. At the moment it goes on and off, and this is bad. Last night my lappy turned off becuse of heat while I was playing a game. And the fan was not even going at the time.

I have a Insyde Bios, but could not find anything in there to do with Fan control. I also run Centrino Center to moniter my system, but its option to control the fans is grayed out. I have a ITC/Metabox 525. i am waiting on a e-mail to let them inform me what its base name is.

Also, my Powerpack got hot enough to start to melt its cable(I have the cable waped up around it to reduce cullter) last night. I dont think thats normal, anyone have any ideas what would of caused that.

If only everything was built like my CPU, Highest temp on 2.0 Cel = 107.4

Err ... you really don't want to keep doing this . External notebook power bricks are notorious for getting hot, and you'll often find manufacturers clearly state that you should not wrap cables around the adaptor to prevent this.

Yes, i know that now. I did not think that it would get as hot as it did. I actuly burnt my hand on it. It still hurts today.

But does anyone know how I can keep my fan on. I really need to know, I have under clocked everything in my system.
