Default When do we get these new laptop technologies?

Ok im hoping the answer is 6 months but I am really keen to get myself a dual core notebook with one of these new samsung flash hdds (although they need to boost performance a little first).

Mobile grahpics cards seem to be progressing nicely but the rest of the kit dragging behind a little.

Dual core turion would be my first pick, once i leave uni batery life will be less of an interest.

I dont do budgets, just pay what i consider reasonable at the time.

I have a centrino 2.1Ghz now so it may take a while to make it worthwhile
