I'm after a bigger, newer, faster and better HDD for my Dell. The only concern is that I can only see 100GB 5400RPM drives available, yet Dell ship new machines with high capacity 7200RPM drives (eg, the Hitachi 7K100).
Does anyone know as to what the availability of these drives is like? Especially the Seagate Momentus 7200.2 which goes up to 100GB in 7200RPM form - or the 5400.2 120GB drives (only seen 100s on pricelists). Has anybody had any positive or negative experiences with these drives?

I had a look the other day at a couple of suppliers for the higher capacity faster drive and all I could get was a Hitachi 100gb 7200RPM but the price difference over the 5400RPm was over $150.00
