Default Changing HDDS in a notebook?

OK, so Iv got a joybook 6000N, and want to replace the HDD with an even higher capacity one. Theres this latch on the bottom right, i think its for the HDD. No matter how hard i pull it, it wont open.

Fixed: my screwdriver was broken.

It should say somewhere in the notebook's manual.

Might be held in by a small screw as well?

Are you sure your pulling at the HD latch and not the battery latch or something?

I would imagine it would be rare to have a latch for a HD. Battery and optical / FDD yes, but HD would be a bit strange.

Well, iv checked the manual, all it has is changing ram
There might be a screw, but most notebooks have screws right at the start of the HDD. I have one or 2 screws around the HDD 'general area' Iv unscrewed them, and no go, it still refuses to slide out.

Just double check because the ibm t42 series has a trick where the hard drive assembly wont come out unless the latch for the lid is opened
