Default ViewSonic PDA OS Upgrade?

Hi all i have a viewsonic pda running pocket pc 2002. how can i upgrade it to 2003?

They may or may not offer the upgrade for free.

I believe the V37's could be upgraded from 2002 to 2003 at no charge, but I could be wrong.
