PCMCIA type 1 usb 2 that is flush to the notebook

I cant see it being hard, just unlikely someone has made one. I want to add extra usb ports to my dell 8600. Thing is I really dont want them sticking out the side as it wont fit in the bag nicely. I have a hub, but its not as convienient as 2 side usb ports would be.

Does anyone know of one that doesnt stick out?

Type 1 cards are 3.3mm thick, Type 2 is 5.5mm

USB ports are about 6mm for just the hole, so I dont see it being possible.
