Convert tiff to jpg on Mac

Anyone know of any free software for a Mac to convert tiff images to jpeg?

sips (Scriptable Image Processing Server) to the rescue

Code:

sips -s format jpeg boring.tiff --out fantastic.jpeg

Ooer. Okay, so it's an old thread. But it's still useful.

Open the image in Preview.app and select export. Easy as 1 2 3!
