Default PSP 2 PC via wireless

I have got my PSP for christmas, however, I did not recieve a USB cable with the package. I do have a laptop with a Wireless PCMIA card in it, can I get the two to communicate with each other or not?

I don't have a wireless router or anything like that, just the wireless card in the laptop and the PSP.

Yeah.

just go buy a $5 mini USB - USB cable.

its not worth the effort, and the transfer speeds will be crippling.

You don't seem to understand. I'm in the country at the moment, and I can't get my hands on one of these cables for at least a week.

If you have a digital camera ... it uses the same cable.

Until you get a USB cable, you are unable to. Bottom line, even if you have a 1.0 or 1.5 BIOS'd PSP (which run homebrew with kernal mode), you would need a USB cable to transfer it on primarily.

Hate to say, but you're SOL until you get back to suburbia...

yes lethal was right.
you can just use any usb cable same as digital cameras / handycam.
or........... if you don't have any above
when you have a chance to buy accessories for your psp, you can get the Powerwave case. (it's not promotion lol )

I bought mine at gamerush, it's hard case, 3 lcd protector, usb cable (data plus power cable).
it costs me (supposed to be 19.95), they sell it for 15.95, which i thought, not bad price.
but anyway, 32 megs, you won't transfer too many files....
plan for your mem card as well
