I'm pretty sure, the PSP can only take, pro duo memory cards. The only problem there pretty expensive. $150 Dollers Australian or something like that simply ca't remember and could be bothered going on staticice.

2gb Sony or Sandisk cards from HK can be had for less than $180AUS on ebay these days.

Def. the way to go - just check the seller's feedback etc first

I heard the best ones to buy are Sandisk, but I don't want this thread to turn into a VV thread...

yeh, sandisk are better then the Sony ones.

From what i have heard, the sandisk ones (the ordinary blue ones) write and read faster then the sony counterparts.

I too just came back from HK, and the lowest i seen a 1 gig sandisk pro duo sell for was about HK$550 which equates to about AU$96. Very cheap IMO, atleast alot cheaper then Australia. lol.

White PSP's (version 1.5's) value pack was selling for HK$1720 (about AU$300), but if you want to get a black version, i think they are abit cheaper.
Also, games (real versions) where selling for about HK$250 (AU$43) i think.

Sony sucks even the hi-speed one, They can't match the Sandisk Gaming for reading and writing
On the look, sandisk is also better.

However, the light blue sony mem card, is slightly faster.
and sony ultra II beat all of them (with screaming price as well lol )

I have to say, that between my 32mb duo pro and my 2gb sony duo pro there is a noticable performance difference. apps and playing music/photos load slower and now and then when trying to run a new homebrew app it has a hissy fit and i'll have to format everything and load all the stuff on again. Takes ages writing to the 2gb too.

PIcked the 2gb up from Ebay for $299. Apert from the above it is defnetly compable and works, just has some slight annoyances.
