I am trying to set up my 2210 so that i can use the internet on my pda over bluetooth. I have set up the pda how i think it should go and followed some guides off the internet but no matter what i do i still cant get it working. Internet Explorer always says something about 'cannot find page'.
The bluetooth adaptor I bought off ebay installed fine but it came with some "bluesoleil" software which handles all the bluetooth stuff. I was just hoping some here may have set up their pda preferably a 2210 to use the internet over bluetooth. If anyone could help though that would be great. thanks P.S. I cant ping sites either on my pda. |

The bluetooth implementation on the Hp2210.. is very very very flakey...,
I suggest you simply giveup and get a different unit... I've got it going surfing through the net with the native drivers the past... I never got activesync via bluetooth working despite hours and hours or playing around with it...(just don't waste you time with it) GPS via blueooth was also semi flakey... when the handheld was suspended. apps would crash and you need to either reset or complete re-setup the bluetooth connection... (probelm was solved with a whole different pocketpc) |

activesync reduces the internet speed, where as you can get max BT d/l and u/l when using network access

bugger, the internet has been running fairly slowly on it too. I tried getting it to work without active sync but it kept buggering up for me.
