Default Mini PCI Digital Tuner

Is there a mini pci digital tv tuner available?

I can find normal minipci tv tuners, but not digital ones.

you're not confusing mini-pci with half height pci are you? as they are two totally different things.

A mini-pci tuner wouldnt do you much good, since there's no antenna input on any laptop I've seen to wire the mini-pci card to...

I wonder how well it would work off the intergrated wireless antennas that many notebooks have with internal connections near the miniPCI soccket.

i dont think that'd work too well unless you were sitting under a transmission tower :P

btw, a minipci slot is similar in dimensions to a so-dimm slot without the little 'hump'', yeah?

Good luck, I hope you find one. Watching TV on the laptop would be grouse! Down at a cafe in lygon street watching the Motogp or F1's on a sunday night.

What is the reception like on the one you have now?
