Would the 64Mb Graphics hold me back? Or would i be better off getting something that is onboard with 128Mb Shared?
I was also looking at this laptop for $1499 what is better in your opinoin Compaq Presario V2402AU - Microsoft® Windows® XP Home; AMD Turion™ 64 Mobile Technology ML-32 (1.8GHz); 14" colour TFT WXGA (1280 x 768 resolution) High-definition BrightView Widescreen; 512MB (2 x 256MB) DDR SDRAM (333MHz); 60GB (4200 rpm); Dual Layer 8X DVD±RW/±R; ATI Radeon Xpress 200M (up to 128MB shared with 512MB system memory)

You'll get much better performace from a 64MB X700 than any onboared graphics card.

you will need to throw a shitload of ram at it if you want to play decent games, but it'll work OK.
