Default What ram for laptop?

Hey guys just wanting to buy some more ram for a benq laptop fairly new, i know nothing about it, but I'm assuming I should be able to upgrade the ram inside it?

What types are there?

I'll just get 256 SO-dimm DDR notebook ram from MSY, is this ok?

Or search for your model number/series in google and it'll pop up somewhere, that's what I did when I recently upgraded the RAM in my two year old Compaq Presario lappy.

Unscrew ram access panel on underside of laptop. Slot ram in.

The ram is positioned in laptops to be easily accessible for upgrading. It's a common and extremely straight forward procedure ... nothing to worry about.
