Just wondered if anyone has heard anything about 512mb Go cards being released for the lappy owners anytime soon?
Any info would be great

Cheers

The 512MB GTX desktop part isn't just a 512MB version of the 7800GTX 256 - it is also higher clocked in both core and memory speeds. Given how few of these are shipping, I'd say there won't be a mobile version just yet.

I'd guess that when the 7800 Ultra ships (G71, which is due in just over a month), we may see a 512MB mobile version.

Speculation, of course.

I would be REALLY surprised if they released a "go" version of this card...
Its just draws too much power and makes too much heat...
When the new 90nm high end part comes out they will do a "go" version....
