Default Need advice for buying old-school laptop

Hey. I have been thinking of buying a secondhand or refurbished laptop. It's for DirectX 8.1 (plus occasional 9.0a) gaming, networking, office apps and (with some luck) overclocking

Here are the specs that I had in mind- I want to keep it under $350 if possible:

-P3 mobile 850mhz/1Ghz
-128 or 256md ram
-32 MB Geforce2Go or similar dedicated GPU
-14.1" or 15" lcd
-10 or 20GB hard drive
-combo drive
-56k modem
-10/100

Would something like this be ok?
