Ideas are solid, but I don't know if its your resize technique or oversharpening but something is definately wrong with these pictures on my screen.

nice shots. their all good but i think I like pic 4 the best. the dark colours and saturation and the really black blacks are a good style that suites the bike shots but are probably a bit harsh for the koala and pic 3.

Looks like too much contrast and oversharpened to me.
