Theres freesco and smoothwall and theres ?

I am currently new to networking so bear with me! I have just installed freesco and I am sharing a dialup connection accross the network. It works well however I was wondering are there any linux distributions of the same simplicity that have a mail server built in to them.

eXtremail works quite well with freesco...
