Wink exteme cooling,and relaxing!

hi , just thought i'd share some cool info with ya.
well, my dad has been breeding tropical fish for over 20 years and the last 12 years he has had 2 submersable pumps running non-stop for all that time! and has only replaced the empellor once in each pump, first after running for 7 yrs ,2nd after running for 10 yrs and the brand he uses is Sacem 2500 L capacity. just another point, the main reason he used sacem is because it's less than half the price of eheim pumps as everywhere you read about water cooling eheim is mentioned. just to let you know that there is a good ,cheaper brand of pump for water cooling available. now if i was to build a water cooling system , first, i would set up my dad's 1220mmx760mmx760mm aquarium where i would put in some mexican walking fish as they can take below zero water temperture, run the pump through a small bar fridge/freezer , then i'd be able to cool the cpu and watch the fish a the same time! can you just see the all faces at a lan party when i turn up with this cool outfit!

this is a really cool and relaxing way to cool ya cpu!

Nice idea, but I do believe it would be a bit difficult to transport a 1.2 metre long tank to a lan !!!

Any links or details to suppliers for the pumps ?

Maybe we can arrange to have a tank made up for the back of a semi trailer that can be taken to LAN's . Not only does it prove a good place to breed the things it's a good res for your watercooling and also doubles as a swiming pool for the lanners during the hotter months

i wonder how fish excretions (can i say shit?[guess i just said it so yeh]) would affect the cooling properties of the water? lol

ooooooh but it adds extra ions to the water ooooooh lol
