Xploder with Action Replay save (Xbox)

Is it possible for me to put an action replay save game for xbox with my xploder setup?

Exact steps would be good since i'm at work and they do block some sites (links).

OF Course I can always wait till I get home but I'm an impatient man

Well I *almost* did it ..

Got xebian, unziped the save from AR and using its FATX support it 'seemed' like I could successfully copy onto the xploder device.

However something seems to not be happy because the XBOX cannot read it (wants to reformat it) and when I try to remount the device again I can't.
Sometime between copying and umounting it seems to get corrupted?

Anyone else tried this?
