Default Geforce go5200 in a Inspiron 5100

does anyone knows whether a geforce go5200 will work in a inspiron 5100 as it was pulled out of a 5150. i've heard that they hv quite similiar (a few bits here n there were diff slightly) motherboards.

googling came up with no help.

i know it will physically fit in there and most probably fire up as well, but would the 5100 need any bios update or special drivers to work this bugger?

No it should be fine, just like putting a new video card in a desk top, you shouldnt need to update the bios at all. Just make sure the psu is capable of running it.
