Default iPAQ H5550 owners please help!

I just recieved my H5550 which i bought from dealsdirect.

The problem is, it won't turn on, even when it's on the charger. I got a cheapo charger from ebay so that might be it. I also tried charging on a genuine HP cradle, but it still won't turn on.

The other thing is, when it's charging, the LED on the charger is on, but no LEDs on the PDA is on.

Any suggestions? or is the PDA dead?

THanks

It have a 5150.... and have EXCATLY the same problem...

except.... it turns on and then turns itself off. (probably due to no battery charge).

and when i try charging it with the USB sync cable... the LED's on the PDA don't turn on and the battery don't seem to charge.

Oh... yeah... BTW..

Did you try pressing the "reset button" (bottom right hole")

There is also a know problem if the batt is under 3.2v, the light won't light up. so give it a longer charge and see what happens.

For me... those two solutions don't work
