What are everyone's favourite applications for tablet PCs that have been specifically tailored to receive input from a stylus pen (i.e. not just general windows apps)?

Microsoft Office OneNote.
This one should really be a no-brainer. Also, Microsoft Office InfoPath.

I'm finding Gobinder 2006 great for uni. The Microsoft Education pack has a couple of goodies in it as well. I especially like the snipping tool.
Also if you use outlook express for emails, I'd switch to Outlook (non express) for Inking in emails.
