Thoughts on new HP Compaq nx9400

Thinking of replacing my current 17" with this one - I can get hefty discounts on new HP's, so any alertatives would have to be super cheap or vastly better for me to consider. What do people think? Should I sell my current zd8002AP (P4 3.6, 1gb, 100gb, etc) and try and get a different model?
