Default Your photo of the Week - 19/04/06

A new thread every week where you can post a shot from the previous week.

It may be your favorite for any number of reasons . ie technically good, a favorite model or even just because it's different to what you normally shoot.

Add the story that goes with the picture if you like but it's not necessary. It's just an excuse to post a picture that you'd like to share.

Feel free to ask for a critique if you like and comment on other shots if you wish.

cheers,
bazz.

My Dad took this. He and my Mum went on one of those retired people's day-bus-trips.

It's a financial listing (in the old currency of pounds, shillings and pence) from England in the 1600's. Dad forgot about ISO (indoors), left it on 200, and did OK for 1/13 sec.

Haven't been able to get out with my camera in ages. I did manage to grab 30mins just after sunset the other arvo.

Nabbed this as a storm slowly came in from the ocean. Broadbeach/Surfers disappeared completely in a coupletely minutes.

Yes they're dust bunnies. 10 months and not one sensor cleaning. Rocket blower is on the way!

Something slightly different to my usual stuff, so it pretty crappy.

My 10 month old cousin, Caiden, sitting on his big sister Sam's lap.

And another.

Lens isn't the greatest being my stock EFS 18-55, but I think it came out ok.

I love the feather detail and eye highlights in this one.
