Default PC3200 or PC4000 is better?

Hi guys, just wondering which one is better:
1. Team Xtreem PC3200 DDR400 Poseidon 2-3-2-5 2GB kit
2. Team Xtreem PC4000 DDR500 Cronus Micron 3-3-3-8 2GB kit

Some of my friends said that Poseidon would be better since it's 2-3-2-5 compare to Cronus 3-3-3-8, I'm a bit confused there.

PC4000 is the one to get if you're going to overclock with a 1:1 ratio between your FSB and CPU. The Poseidon will *probably* get to 250MHz at looser (slower) timings than 2-3-2-5, but the Cronus will definitely get to 250MHz at 3-3-3-8.

If you're going to leave your memory at DDR400 (200MHz) then go for the Poseidon. If you want to jack up your memory to DDR500 (250MHz) or higher then the Cronus would be the one for you because you're guaranteed to get that speed (assuming your motherboard can handle it).
