Evo D510 small form CPU upgrade.
Just upgraded from the 1.8 ghz CPU to a 2.6 ghz CPU and get this. The computer runs ok at 1.733 ghz, and the windows xp says it is at 2.6 ghz.
1801 Microcode Patch Error. Missing or Invalid Processor Microcode Patch. Please contact Compaq Computer Corporation for a new ROM BIOS to support the new processor stepping. Already been to there site and nothing there, any links would be great. Carlos.
