Default shuttle (sn45g) 200w psu

I am changing over my psu in my shuttle system, I would like to reuse the 200w psu in my htpc.

Question 1: Can shuttle psu be used in non-shuttle system without modding?

Question2: What can the psu handle, I am planning on running:
xp-m 2600+ o/c 3200+ speeds
SI-97 with 92mm fan
2x 60mm case fans
1x 80mm case fan
x800xl (would like to upgrade to 7800gs later)
80gig PATA HDD
250gig SATA HDD
HDTV Tuner Card

I am pushing my luck?

Cheers
