Default Mixing Memory Brands

Just upgraded my PC to a X2 4400+ on a DFI NF4 Ultra D.
Also got 2x 1GB Gskill PC3200 DDR400 (cl: 2.5-3-3-6).
Wanted to also put in my old RAM: 2x 512MB Geil PC3200 DDR400 (cl: 2.5-8-4-4) but the PC won't boot with both the RAM brands in it (only beeps), works when one or the other is installed.

Is there any way to get this to work or am I stuck with only using one set?

Cheers

Just a guess here, but it probably the miss matched timings causing the problem. I have two 512 sticks in my system, one twinmoss and the other generic, and it runs fine. Both sticks run 2.5 3 3 8 timings though.

Better wait for someone who has a clue though
