Is it common for a laptop to have errors? such as restart and the blue screen error?. Every time i walk to a retail store and have a look at the laptops.. they always seem to get the blue screen.. and i just experience one with my laptop a while ago.. just wondering is this a common problem with laptops.

Yes, this is true.
The same goes for Telstra Mobile phones, every time I go into a mobile phone store and look at their display phones the screen is either blank or doesn't change, and the numbers don't seem to do anything? Is this a common problem with Telstra Mobile phones? My Eyes!!! The Goggles, they do nothing?!?!!

Have you thought about emailing or calling the company who makes your laptop and asking them about it? I know it was only one BSOD so wouldn't be too worried, but if it happens again could be an idea to shoot them off an email to see what they suggest.
