Default Question about Aus version of Asus W7J

Does the W7J in Australia have the 7400 Go or the 7300?

The official Asus sites list it as a 128mb 7400,
but all the Australian online stores list it as a 256mb 7300 Turbocache.

Which is it?
Is there a significant performance gap anyway? I can't find any graphs
comparing the two.

From what I've gathered, there isn't much difference between the 2?

I think the Aus version also only gets 512mb RAM instead of 1 GB

But that's easily upgradable I guess.
