Default whats wrong with my mice? (mx5000)

hey everyone

ok i just got a new kb/mouse (mx5000) and the thing is going spastic! the mouse is really laggy and i cant use it at all! how do i fix??

and my old mouse (mx700) the click button gets stuck and i opened up the charger/dock today cos one of the terminals wasnt sticking out enough to charge and noticed the terminal was getting hot and melting the plastic surround?? i fixed and charged it for like 5min and it was burning hot! anyone else had that prob?

Have you installed the Logitech drivers for it?

Try cleaning the terminals on your MX700. A light sand with some fine sand paper should get rid of any gunk that has built up on them.

Is the moiuse a bluetooth device ?
Reason I ask, I read a review on the mx5000 recntly and the reviewer stated he had major lag problems with the mouse with the bluetooth in use.

ye its the blue tooth one, still havnt formatted yet so im just stuck with using my old mouse atm

Yeah i had a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse it was very laggy and really chewed up the batteries

ok i just formatted it and its still fkn shit!

is there a way to fix it or do i just take it back and get something else?

i'll be using my mouse and it goes all laggy then just stops

no not really, just installed setpoint 2.60 and its made it worse

ok should i just return it (hopefully) and get a g15 and g5? or is there a fix for the mouse that i dont know about?
