who can resize this gif and reverse it

when i resize it with windows it stops animating, i need the following done

- Resized to 100x 100 (avatar size, but still animate)
- and another one left the same size as the pic in the link but to face the other way so its firing the other wayso i can do

if you have Adobe image ready there should be a tutorial on how to create gif's, there is only 4 images in that giff so it should be fairly easy, i think u could just open it in image ready and resize it..?
