Howdy.
I need a RAM after I canceled my G.Skill 2GBZX due to known issues. It needs to be a PC-6400, 2GB and be able to hit at least 450MHz. My mobo is DS3 and would like to keep the budget as low as possible. thanx |

Is there anything cheaper that can fit the bill? I'm in the same boat... C2D is just too good, but really stretches the budget.
I've been eyeing off the G.Skill PC-6400 ....2GBNS set, which comes in at about $100 cheaper... But if that limits the system to 400fsb when I could be getting 450fsb it's not really a saving over the cost of the system, I guess. |

The thing is you spend an extra $100 on RAM and you save like $400 on CPU L
