Default New MOBO/CPU/DDR

I'm in need of a new MOBO etc for a machine mainly used for games and internet access via a home LAN.

I've spent quite a bit of time going through this site (and others) and have come up with the following combination:

Gigabyte GA-8SRX $215
P4 1600 Northwood $315
256M DDR333 Kingmax $195

Prices are from gamedude (are they OK - not bought from them before)

Will this work OK - any better suggestions welcome

The remaining bits I have:
45Gig Seagate HDD
ASUS V6800 Geoforce256 DDR 32Meg graphics
Sound Blaster Live 5.1 Audio
Netgear 10/100 PCI LAN
Windows XP Home
