Default Reviving Gigabyte 3D Galaxy Pump

Hey all, got my gigabyte kit but that pump is presumed 'dead'. I am gonna resolder the cable as its only the PCB for the water level alarm thats fooked. Does anyone know which cable is positve and whick cable is negative? I really wanna get this working soon and its an issue both cables are black -_-

I recommend the same .... doubt you would kill the pump as I believe the polarity does not matter .... am I wrong?

I belive Omarko is correct, the pump will just work backwards if the polaritys are wrong.

No it wont. But i'd bet money that there would be a diode in the circuit for just such an occasion.

That’s the second dead peace of hardware NoOzL had ended up with that was mine

Though none of it was deal or f++ked when I sold it

I told you Alex those pumps have a rep for being quite tuff lol

Nice work NoOzL but what res you using? the GIGBYTE res is very well sealed from memory!!
