Default Where to get a Traditional Chinese language pack?

Besides the Windows XP language pack one? I've lost my Windows key so I can't download that from the official site. =(

Windows downloads use an app "GenuineCheck.exe" that generates a key for you to copy and paste in the site, it's not CD key based. The key is about 6 characters long or something.

It shouldn't matter if you've lost your CD key, as long as windows is installed and legit, it will work.
